The Joint Admission Board (JAB) has revised the eligibility criteria for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2025, reducing the number of attempts allowed to two. In a prior notification, the Joint Admission Board (JAB) had announced that candidates could attempt the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced up to three times in consecutive years. However, this policy has now been revised, reducing the number of allowed attempts to two and reverting to the earlier eligibility standard. It means that candidates who appeared for JEE Advanced in 2024 are eligible to sit for JEE Advanced 2025. However, those who participated in JEE Advanced 2023 or earlier will not be permitted to attempt the exam in 2025. Other eligibility criteria remain the same, as notified in the recent notification.
