The Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET) has officially announced the schedule for Odisha NEET PG 2024 counselling. Starting from November 21, 2024, registered candidates will be able to begin the choice filling process for Round 1. The counselling details are available on the official website, dmetodisha.in.
Round 1 Choice Filling and Seat Allotment
Candidates who have registered for the Odisha NEET PG 2024 counselling will be able to access the choice filling window by logging in with their registered email ID and password. The deadline for choice filling is November 24, 2024, after which no further updates will be allowed for the first round of counselling.
The round 1 seat allotment will be based on several factors, including the availability of vacant seats, candidates’ ranks, and reservation policies. The seat allotment result will be published on November 26, 2024, and candidates can download their allotment letter from November 27 to 29, 2024. The reporting deadline for successful candidates to the convener is November 29, 2024.

Upgradation Allotment for Non-Reported Vacancies
Candidates who do not report for the allotted seat will create non-reported vacancies, which will be filled in the upgradation allotment on December 1, 2024. Candidates will be required to report to the convener office between 11 am and 3 pm on this day for the upgradation process.
Required Documents for Odisha NEET PG 2024 Counselling
Candidates attending the counselling will need to ensure they have the following documents:
• Class 10 certificate
• MBBS degree
• Bank draft of Rs 2,500 (preferably from SBI)
• NEET PG result
• Medical registration certificate
• Permanent resident certificate
• Service certificate (if applicable)
• Category certificate (if applicable)
